Vincent and Patricia V. Phelps; and her granddaughter Gina Rae Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Edward E. Vincent, Dana V. Bland and Janet V. Martin; her grandchildren, Rachel E. Bland and Oliver James "Jesse" Martin, III; and her sister Carol H. Jeter of Sandston, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
