She was predeceased by: her husband James Milton Kinlaw Sr.; her parents, Edward Earl Rutledge and Fairy Orletta Rutledge; and her brother Nolan Rutledge. She is survived by: her children, James Milton Kinlaw Jr., Martin Edward Kinlaw and Elizabeth Kinlaw Hennigan. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (14301 Ashbrook Pkwy, Chesterfield, VA 23832). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
