She is survived by: her children, Eddie Small (Joan) of Lanexa, Virginia, Annette Knopp of St. Cloud, Florida and Buster Small (Debbie) of Chesterfield; her siblings, Eugene "Shene" Hicks (Wanda), Stuart Hicks and Maxine Neagle; and her grandchildren, Nikki Small, Michelle Small (Jesse), Jason Wells, Scott Small, Justin Knopp and Perry Knopp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
