Messner, Jr. (Jennifer), Shane D. Messner (John), Kaylah B. Messner, Megan L. Messner, Leo E. Waldmann and Elias A. Waldmann; her father James A. Moore, Sr. (Diana); her siblings, James A. Moore, Jr. (Sharon), Robert E. Moore (Cindy), Brenda F. Gibbs (James), David G. Moore (Cindy), Carlton R. Moore, Terry M. McGuire (John) and Daisy L. Moore; and her family Halloween.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingsland Baptist Church (8801 Perrymont Rd, Richmond, VA 23237).
