He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Brooks and Lillian Brooks; and his brother Roger. He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Courtney; his granddaughter Paisley; his sister-in-law Ann; his niece Katie; and his nephews, Bret and Caleb.
