He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Wood Diggs; his children, Todd Diggs (Dan), Lisa Rakes (Danny) and Elizabeth Diggs; his grandchildren, Logan, Cole Rakes and Halee Shepperson; and his siblings, Joyce Callis (William) and James Diggs (Sandy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
