He is survived by: his mother Robin Charity (Kenny); his grandparents, Floyd and Gale Winfield; his siblings, Korey Charity (Kaela), Kendall Charity (TeAsia Saunders), Kendra Charity, Ken Johnson (Kendra), Sade Johnson (Seth), Kenya Charity and Demorris Wyatt; his aunt Chauntae Pollard (Dameon); his cousin Ta'Jai Williams; his godmother Faye Harvell (Marvin); his brother Drakar Harvell; his godparent D'Miriah Rives; his godson Isaiah Pollard; and his close friend Barry Ellis.
