He was predeceased by : his parents, H. Lee Ballard and Luella Reynolds Ballard; and his brothers, William Ed Ballard, Richard Phillip Ballard and Charles Lee Ballard.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Estes Ballard; his children, Amanda Ballard Ray (Mark) and K. Brent Ballard (Mallory); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ballard Ray, McKenna Faye Ballard and Lucy Hansen Ballard; his sister Janice Ballard Cutler (Rick); and his pet Daisy.
