He is survived by: his wife Viola Taylor Davis; his daughters, Edrie Davis Barnes and Audra Leigh Davis; his stepsons, Troy Viar (Karla) and Chris Viar (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Spencer Barnes, Steven Viar, Avery Viar and Olivia Viar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
