She is survived by: her husband Don Smith, Sr.; her children, Tracy Mansini (Robbie) and Dr. Donald Smith, Jr. (Sonya); her grandchildren, Taylor Hammel (Michael), Addi Meyer (Justin), Hannah Switzer (Ian) and Jacob Smith (Kate); and her great grandchild Teddy Hammel.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia Chapel (10300 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002).
