He was predeceased by: his mother Florie Bell Jones; and his brothers, Dan Atkins and Richard Atkins. He is survived by: his father Oliver Atkins; his wife Frances Raye Atkins; his children, Tara Atkins-Brady (Ed) and Todd Atkins (Jodi); his granddaughters, Emma, Ella and Rosa; his siblings, Ellen Holland and Oliver Atkins; and his friend Lord. He is also survived by father to his family.
