He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Thomas; his son Robert Thomas; his sister Luleen Thomas; his grandsons, Andrew Thomas and James Thomas; and his son-in-law Ralph Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Maralyn Thomas; his children, Leah Beth Williams (Gary Futrell, family: Ryan, Shanna, Ryker, Avery Williams, Leannah, Cameron Farbotko), Linda (Bob Copenhaver, family: Chris, Jen, Ayden, Breea, Scott Copenhaver, Stacey, Jim, Emily, Matt Wilkinson) and Jay (Cathy Thomas, family: Jack, Payzley, Ryland Thomas); and also, Erica, Sarah, Lexi and Justin Putney.
