He was predeceased by: his son Ronald Rayley; and his wife Edith Snellings Rayley. He is survived by: his siblings, Melba Lambe, Roxie Lawson and Fred Rayley; his children, Carol Ann Harris (Adam) and Frank Rayley (Stacy); his grandchildren, Kristin Windom (Nick), Katherine Young (Nate), Katie Pauley (Sam), Allison Creasy (Dustin), Kayla Fitzen (Steve) and Trevor Rayley; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Eliza, Liam, Kallie, Travis and Brayden.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Amelia Church of God or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory.
