He is survived by: his wife Minnie Howard; his sons, Bryan Douglas Howard and Larry Joe Howard; his grandsons, Ryne Howard and Jacob Howard; his siblings, Ella Love, Patty Howard and Buddy Howard; his siblings-in-law, Huey Ray Summa (Kathy), Danny Summa (Donna) and Una Miller (Erwin); and his pets, Kylie and Hank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
