She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Arnold Williams and Mildred Williams; and her son Paul M. Speeks, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael Speeks; her son Kevin Speeks (Lee); her grandchildren, Matthew Alexander, Logan Speeks and Whitney Speeks; and her brother Frank Williams.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
