He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Morris Toney; and his parents, Gordon Toney and Vernell LeSuer Toney. He is survived by: his children, Wade Toney (Dawn) of Midlothian and Rene' of Georgetown, DE; his grandsons, Justin (Elizabeth), Craig (Amanda) and Devin (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Maelynn of Chesterfield, Ella of Chesterfield, Addy of Chesterfield, Emmy of Chesterfield and Finley of Chesterfield.
