Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, Colonial Heights Chapel (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
