He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Beck and Sam Beck; his aunt Kathy Beck; and his uncle Marshall Beck. He is survived by: his wife Dameshia Beck; his children, Markese Beck, Kalani Beck, Zymarion Franklin (Cassidy) and Quamarri Harrington; his granddaughter Aubrianna Franklin; his mother Pamela Beck; his brothers, William Johnson, James Johnson, Jessie Davis and Juan Johnson; his aunt Crystal Beck; his uncles, David Beck and Henry "Keith" Beck; his cousins, Ashley Beck, Brittany Beck and Corey Beck; his siblings-in-law, Jay'neva Franklin and Roger Gates (Sandy); his mother-in-law Theresha Franklin; and his close friend Charlie Thomas. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home & Crematory (1002 Moorman Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24016). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hollins Road Baptist Church (3502 Old Mountain Rd NE, Roanoke, VA 24019). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hollins Baptist Church (3502 Old Mountain Rd NE, Roanoke, VA 24019).
