He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Stephens and Mary Ruffin Stephens; his parents-in-law, Lee and Ruth Hall; and his brother-in-law Edwin Hall.
He is survived by: his daughter Christina Alexandra Stephens (Luca); his wife Katrina Lynn Stephens; his child Mikaela Dwyer (Nomuunbat); his in-laws, Wanda Jones (Steve), Dawn Hall, Venetia Smith (Michael), Lee Hall Jr., Kenneth Hall (Gina), Stevens and Ruffin; and his brothers, Steve Wilson, Jerome Johnson and Terry Brantley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
