He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael S. Jezierski and Sophie D. Jezierski. He is survived by: his wife Shirley P. Jezierski; his children, Sharon (Jack), Linda and Michael (Janice); his grandchildren, Allison (Danny), Amanda (Justin), Chris, Bryce (Kylie), Josh (Dade), Matthew and Michelle (Jason); and his half-brothers, Ralph Jezierski (Stephanie) and Anthony Jezierski. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
