She is survived by: her sons, Norman D. Johnson, Jr. (Patricia) and Nelson D. Johnson, Sr. (Angie); her granddaughter Reverend Bridgette M. Johnson; her husband Norman, Sr.; her daughter Reverend Bridgette Johnson; her grandchildren, Cherise Hembrick, Robert Hembrick, Jr., Antonio Johnson, Roger Brown, Normanique Johnson, Giavanni Braboy (Dianna), Darnell Drew, Jr. (Kayla), Bridgette Byers (Jordan), Nelson Johnson, Jr. and Alyssa Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Shorty, London Brown, Odyssey Johnson, Giavanni Braboy, Jr., Giannis Braboy, Emilyn Ilin, Jelani Drew, Lily Drew, Capri Byers, Ava Byers and Ivie Byers; her siblings, Thelma Branch, Diaconate Florine Pollard, Marva Bennett, Horace Percel Brown (Sally), Rose Tabb, Reverend Theresa Mason (Charles), Evelyn Berry (Jerry), Evangelist Alice Pegram (Kenneth), Evangelist Inga Henry (Larry) and Larry Brown (Sheree); and her daughters-in-law, Patricia Johnson and Angie Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (11521 Coalboro Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838).
