Hudgins and Emily Hudgins; his parents, JoAnn Rayfield (William) of Colonial Heights and Randolph Kenneth Hudgins Jr. (Linda) of Hopewell; and his siblings, Tamara Jean Swader (Glenn) of Midlothian, Stephanie Rayfield Gonzalez (Chris) of Midlothian, Bettina Sullivan of Richmond, Beth Crutchfield of Hopewell, Jerry Leigh Harris (Chris) of Colonial Heights, Nicole Louise Garret (Andy) of Colonial Heights and Randolph Kenneth Hudgins III of Henrico. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
