She is survived by: her husband Edward F. Kane, Jr.; and her children, Stephen (Mary), Peter, Richard (Debbie), Susan (Steve), Carolyn (Cecil) and Christopher. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St Edward-Epiphany School, 10701 W. Huguenot Road, Richmond, VA 23235.
