We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2023, at the age of 94, Rachel Claris Hines (Chesterfield, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ramon Hines, Sr.; and her children, Ramon Hines, Jr. and Judy Gale. She is survived by: her son James Hines. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society of America.
