It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Royal Cousins Sr. of Chesterfield, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita; his sons, Andre Royal and Randolph Scott Jr.; and his siblings, Phyllis Walker and Larry R. Tolliver.

He is survived by: his wife Roslyn Spence; his cousin Michelle; his siblings, B. Maria Lowery, Hazel Petticolas, Laura Petticolas, George Tolliver Jr. and Eric Tolliver; his uncle James Valentine; and his siblings-in-law, Alphonso T. Spence and Carolyn Spence Valdes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
