She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Seals; her grandchildren, Jasmine Seals, Edward Solomon, Jr., Shania Seals and Monay Seals; her great grandchildren, Khalilah Poggi, Aiden Manning, Grayson Farrow, Pierre Sano, Kru Davis, Avion Manning and Zyla Davis; her sister Barbara Best (Alonzo); and her niece Tanya McCrimmon.

She was actively involved in planning many of the church's activities, charity drives and special events.
