He is survived by: his father William Edward Meadows Sr. of Naples, Florida; his wife Audrey Smith Meadows; his daughter Audrey; his son-in-law Ty Doyle; his grandchildren, Meghan and William "Luke" Doyle; his brother David; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Meadows, Troy L. Smith Jr., Joyce Smith, Belinda and Ron Rusek. He is also survived by many loving aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
