He is survived by: his wife Mamie Lee Williams; his sons, Richard Keith Williams and Kenneth Lee Williams (Elaina); his niece Brenda Williams Inge (Tim); his grandchildren, Bryan Shull, Sean Bair (Nicole), Jeremy, Matthew, Angel and Abby Williams; his great grandchildren, Skyler, Kaylee, Kelly and Colton Bair; his sister Mildred Till; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth, Frances Williams and Raymond Hawkins.
