He was predeceased by: his father Walter David Moore, Jr.; his grandparents, Jimmie, Willie Mae Hardin, Walter David Moore, Sr. and Josephine Dooley; his stepfather Joseph Mosconi; his brother Jeffrey Scott Moore; his uncle Albert Moore; and his nephew Dale Wood.
He is survived by: his mother Ruby Jean Mosconi; his friends, Steve Logue and Elliott Park; his siblings, Kathy Cimburke (Donny), Shari Olden (Tim), Houston Moore and Michael Moore; his siblings' children, Samantha Phillips-Wall (Marvin), Angela Sharp (Tom), Jeffrey Steven Moore (Tonya) and Jesse Phillips (Shannon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaelin (Haileigh), Giovanni, Gavin, Andrew, Jacob, Hudson, Logan, Braxton, Asher, Hailey, Briana, Autumn, Leila and Gabby; his friends, John Milano and Joe Lewis; Whitten, Lola and Kora.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Colonial Heights (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834).
