He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Leslie and Frances Leslie; and his siblings, Herbert Leslie and Ada Hughs. He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Leslie; his sons, John Wayne Leslie (Pamela) and Dean S. Leslie (Kimberly); and his stepson Christopher S. Collie. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
