With sadness, we share the passing of Wayne Burchett Marks (Chesterfield, Virginia). Wayne, born on July 27, 1948, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Marks and Alfred Marks; and his sisters, Brenda Wrubal and Barbara Purdie. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Marks; his daughters, Danielle Marks and Heather Meyers (Andy Meyers); his stepsons, Scott Pharr (Christi Pharr) and Chris Pharr (Stacey Selenfriend); his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Tamarynn, Halle, Kyla, Pierce Kolbe, Beckett and Weston; and his great grandchildren, Chase and Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and devoted friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Military Honors Bennett Funeral Home.
