William Arthur Locke Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2025, William Arthur Locke of Chesterfield, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid William farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For William is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Locke and Pauline Cartagena Dobek. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Locke; his sister Debbie Grant; and his children, Kevin, Brian Locke, Victoria Guinn and Kimberly Armentrout. He is also survived by nine grandsons; two great grandchildren, along with many close cousins, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
