He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Cline and Beulah Gaylean Cline; and his siblings, Bill Cline, Leroy Cline, Joann Crowe, Dorothy Barbour and Debra Cline.
He is survived by: his brother Arthur Cline (June) of Patrick Springs, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
