He is survived by: his sons, Chuck (Angie) of Chilhowie, Don (Regina) of Marion and Curtis of Salem; his grandchildren, April Wheatley (Ben), Brandon Blevins (Lindsey), Kelsey Parks (Brian), Cody Blevins (Kennedi), Kasey Blevins, Madison Kierspe (Jonathan) and Jensen Blevins; his great grandchildren, Mica Wheatley, Zeke Wheatley, Josiah Wheatley, Parker Blevins, Cambria Parks, Juniper Blevins, Oliver Blevins, Lochlan Parks and Lavender Blevins; his brother-in-law Richard Kilby (Louise) of Knoxville; his friend John Sawyer; and his caregiver Dr. Jeff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
