Though Fred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Graham Blevins and Fannie Bell Widener Blevins of Chilhowie, VA.; his sisters, Betty Cullop and Terri Martin; his wife Peggy Hayden; his daughter Sabrene'Willis; and his grandchildren, Hayden Willis and Sophia Willis. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parklawn Wood Funeral Home (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
