He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Blevins Johnson; his daughter Amanda Johnson (Doug Burford); his grandsons, Garet and Elijah Atkins; and his brother Rick Johnson (Melodie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
