He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Birch and Sally Birch; and his sons, Robert W. Birch III and Thomas H. Birch. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Watson; his son Joshua Linwood (Buck); his pet Buck; his granddaughter Nicole Birch; his brother Bill Birch (Ginger); his nephews, Billy of Chincoteague Island and Lenny Birch of Chincoteague Island; and his sister-in-law Lenora Dorsey (Donnie) of New Church. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
