He is survived by: his parents, Ken Kukfa and Kara Kukfa; his siblings, Sarah and Robert Kukfa; his grandmother Phyllis Logan of Barnegat, NJ; his aunts and uncles, Patty (Pete Ciszek), Dorothy Pavloff of Portola Valley, CA, Jay (Karen Logan), Judi Irving of Staten Island, NY and Michael (Terry Irving); and his cousins, Danny, Katie Ciszek, Caroline, Katherine Pavloff, Evie, Declan, Felicity Logan, Ashton and Olivia Irving.
