He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Elizabeth Riley and Jefferson Floyd Stevens, Jr. of Chincoteague; and his significant other Deborah Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his siblings, Ronald James Stevens (Ronnie), Ruby Nelson Stevens (Ruby Etta) and Gregory Wayne Stevens (Greg); his children, Stephanie, Jeffrey (Jeff), Donald (Donnie) and James (Jamie); his children-in-law, Gene, Tomalea, Rebecca (Becky) and Tiffany; his grandchildren, Annie, Gene Jr., Jeffrey Jr., Christian, Bronson, Kaelin, Daniel, Destin, Trinity, Jaedin, Kimber, Kristen, Mikaela, James Robert (JR) and Thomas Jefferson (TJ); and his great grandchildren, Easton, Ryder, Katherine, Kira, Emryn, Carson, Tobias (Toby) and Beau.
