It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Elwood Jones Sr. of Chincoteague, Virginia, born in Keedysville, Maryland, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Harvey Jones; and his brother Markwood Jones. He is survived by : his wife Freda Hose Jones; his children, Kim Hough (Greg) of Hagerstown, MD, Lawrence E. "Larry" Jones, Jr. (Tanya) of Keedysville, MD, Marsha Jones of Boonsboro, MD and Wayne Jones of Maugansville, MD; and his brother Gary Jones of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
