He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Russell Fish and Elodie C. Fish; and his brother Doug. He is survived by : his wife Joan; his daughter Stephanie Montross (Chris); his pet Seal; his sister-in-law Linda Jones (Marc); and also Elodie Fish. He is also survived by family and by an Aunt, Uncle and cousins.
