It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Hill Kern of Chincoteague, Virginia, born in Nassawadox, Virginia, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Edward Kern; her father John Wesley Hill Jr. (Jack); her brother Johnny Hill (Ginny Bird); and her son-in-law Danny Mills. She is survived by : her mother Frances Ann Hill (Ann) of Chincoteague, VA; her sister Jackie Hill Duffield (Bill) of Pittsville, MD; her daughters, Rebecca Ann Kern of Chincoteague, VA, Rachel Kern Seymour (Jimmy) of Trappe, MD and Mischelle Kern Thornes (John) of Greenbackville, VA; and her grandchildren, Mathew Kern (Abby), Raileigh Bryden (Sam), Cassidy Mills, Jerry Church (Kostas), Lucas Turner, Dameon Thornes, Jimmy Seymour, Trysten Johnson and Jack Seymour. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
