Adam Lee Smith Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Adam Lee Smith (Christiansburg, Virginia), who passed away at the age of 41, on September 4, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his grandmothers, June and Bessie Altizer; his siblings, Dail (family: Mark), Karen (Kurt) and Lisa (Mark); his cousin Robbin Scarberry; Rene (family: Rosemary) and Bobby (Robin).
We ask that you please do not send flowers. If you want to make a donation to Dalmatian Rescue of Southwest Virginia in his honor, we are still taking one dog at a time and have our Care for Life for Seniors program in operation.
