He is survived by: his parents, Richard Foster and Barbara Foster; his brother Richard (Donna Foster); his niece Jenna (Jose Paz); his great-niece Isabella Paz; and his niece Paige Foster.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Baptist Church (155 Dunlap Dr NE, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
