She is survived by: her children, Vicky Moore (Mike), Ron Yates (Pat) and Jennifer Yates; her sister Wonda Maxine Cook; and her caregivers, David Smith and Theresa Lovern. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
