He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory "Duck" Walker and Irene Bolen Walker; and his siblings, Emory, Mack, Dallas, Orlan Walker, Susie Harden, Rayola Nance and Carol Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Carol Shrewsbury Walker; his sons, Delmar Walker (Gini) of Sanford and Jacob Walker (Nichole) of Rock Hill; his siblings, Micky Walker (Lynn) of Grandview, Danny Walker (Connie) of Cool Ridge and Hope Gillespie of Coal City; and his sister-in-law Joyce Walker of Christiansburg, Virginia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
