He is survived by: his mother Mona Chandler; his children, Matthew Whitlow (Danielle), Keisha Keith (Clayton) and Jessie Whitlow; his grandchildren, Lucas, Kaylee, Henry, Chase, Oliver, Layla, Gabriel and Skyla; his siblings, Randy Whitlow (Holley), Sherry Hollandsworth (Andrew), Samantha Whitlow and George Whitlow (Kathy); and his nephews, Christian, Andrew Douglas, Cameron, Edan and Eli. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.
