She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon Mann and Virginia Mann; and her sisters, Jean Carr (Howard) and Carolyn Peery. She is survived by: her husband Riley Phillips; her daughters, Cindy Brewer (Tony), Judi Simpkins (Josh), Kathy Kenley (Mike) and Jenny Phillips; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Phillip, Emily, Lew, Chris, Paige, Drew, Steven, Josh, Kelsey and Taylor. She is also survived by sister, her church family and many lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christiansburg Church of the Brethren (310 S Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Keaton Cemetery.
