He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Charlie Noah Woolwine and Kathleen Vest Woolwine; his brothers, Donald Ray Woolwine, David Michael Woolwine and Joseph Leroy Woolwine; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Wells Woolwine and Paul Edward Hollandsworth.

He is survived by : his wife Blondene Hollandsworth Woolwine; his children, Marie Rorrer (Mike) and Eddie Woolwine (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Ashley Apjok (Scott), Kelsey Woolwine, McKinley Rorrer and Ryan Woolwine (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Maggie and Lucas Apjok; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Woolwine, Bonnie Woolwine, Maxine Woolwine, Bonnie Smith (Lewis), Sandra Altizer (Fred) and Linda Hollandsworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
