He is survived by: his wife Connie Streeter Hicks; his stepson Michael Calfee; his parents-in-law, Deacon James and Deaconess Faye Streeter of Christiansburg, VA; his sisters, Betty Alexander of Radford, VA, Carolyn Tolliver (Eddie) of Christiansburg, VA and Janice Cooper (James) of Roanoke, VA; his goddaughter Alanna Moore of Christiansburg, VA; and his sister-in-law Anne Hicks of Pulaski, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
